See: ESPN denies on-air beef between analysts

ESPN has denied an apparent on-air beef between analysts Saturday night.

On Saturday, ESPN college football analysts Peter Burns and Benjamin Watson appeared to air it, with Burns making a joke about Watson's wife.

Burns commented on Watson's suit being too light.

Watson replied, "Until I get a text from my wife that says I look good (I care).

In response Burns joked, "Not that he sent me." While the beef appeared genuine on the air, it was denied by ESPN.

"The whole thing was a performance.

Benjamin 100% deserves an Emmy nomination," Amanda Brooks, ESPN Director, College Football and SEC Networks, wrote to OutKick.

Meanwhile, Watson took to social media to share what happened. You be the judge - bits or real beef?
