Cowboys Star Dealing With Injuries To Both Feet, Knees

Day Marcus Lawrence is upset but he doesn't care.

Lawrence, who is a defensive end on the Dallas Cowboys, confirmed to the media this week that he is dealing with injuries to both his feet and knees.

"I've got a little bit of a leg injury -- both legs, actually -- in my knees," Lawrence said via ProFootballTalk.

"It's just about trying to maintain what I have, but also take care of me throughout the week,

So I can go out there on Sunday fresh and do what I need to do.

Lawrence has been battling a left foot injury for three weeks and appears to have suffered a few other bumps and bruises since then.

Even though he was hurt, the injuries didn't affect him that much.

In nine games he has already compiled 42 total tackles (29 solo), five sacks, two forced fumbles and two fumble recoveries.

He will look to improve on those numbers when the Cowboys play the Minnesota Vikings on Sunday afternoon.

Kickoff will be at 4:25 p.m. et.
